When more than one adjective is used to describe the noun in a noun phrase, the last adjective attaches to the following noun in the same way as it does in the noun phrase where there is only one adjective.
そこは 小さくて、きたない へやです。
That is a small and dirty room.
あそこは 大きくて、きれいな へやです。
That over there is a big and clean/pretty room.
