In order to expresses a condition that is not hypothetical, but will be realized almost undoubtedly, use たら instead of ~ば. V2 takes place when V1 is realized. Note that this type of たら is not preceded by もし(if).
4時になったら、わたしの所へ来てください。
When it's 4:00, please come see me.
料理ができたら、すぐ食べましょう。
When the dish is ready, let's eat right away.
