This is in passive form, but it is also an honorific expression. Verbs in the passive form can be used to express the speaker's respect for N. N is higher than the speaker in social standing, or somebody with whom the speaker is not well acquainted. For the vowel-root verbs(1だんどうし) and the irregular verb くる(come), the form is the same as the potential form.
Our teacher will go back to his/her country next month.
My teacher goes for a walk every morning.
Our teacher will come here tomorrow.
My teacher already finished writing the research paper.
